Getting to the heart of sustainability.
PerformBoard is a urea resin-bonded chipboard manufactured with a high proportion of recycled wood according to the cascade economy principle. The board has extensive sustainability certifications and can be supplied either unfinished or with a non-slip melamine coating on one or both sides. PerformBoard is available in a wide range of load and fire protection classes. It's manufactured on a project-specific basis and delivered directly to the construction site.
Through multi-stage wood utilisation (so-called cascade utilisation), wood recycling, and the use of forestry wood and industrial waste wood for high quality materials with a long service life, Pfleiderer conserves valuable resources and actively contributes to reducing carbon emissions, air, water and soil pollution and energy consumption. We control the wood mix individually, depending on the product, to achieve a perfect balance between quality requirements and resource conservation.

Pfleiderer PerformBoard raw: Optimum fire protection solutions for storage and shelving systems
Thanks to optimised manufacturing processes, PerformBoard raw is available in various fire protection classes and is ideal for use as shelving or storage platforms with increased fire protection requirements. The beams can be used in any direction, enabling the production of ready-made products with the smallest possible offcuts. The high proportion of recycled wood, processed to a high standard, meaning that products of outstanding quality are produced in a resource-saving manner to meet the highest demands in storage technology.
Like all core materials in the "PerformBoard" product range, Pfleiderer offers project-related production in batch size 1 with optional edge processing for assembly with external springs.

Pfleiderer PerformBoard: Sophistication and high performance with melamine coating
PerformBoard is a chipboard panel coated with melamine resin on one or both sides especially engineered for warehouse platforms. Thanks to the high-quality coating, the core materials are also ideally suited for warehouses with high fire protection requirements. The easy-to-clean, abrasion-resistant top surface (AC4) is available in anti-slip class R10 or R12. This means that nothing stands in the way of using order picking trolleys or pallet trucks to manoeuvre the goods.
