Pfleiderer appointed a new CEO and chairman of the management board February 2024: Dr Boris Gorella. In parallel, the engineered wood manufacturer managed to successfully finalizing the restructuring of the organization, which it initiated in late 2019. In an interview with the magazine HK, Dr Gorella explains what he hopes this step will achieve, how he intends to maintain the company's number one status in the premium product sector, how the customers are currently responding to the group of companies' digital offers, and why the topic of sustainability is such a priority.
